Our B2B Event Process

Step 1: The Consultation

You’ll meet with one of our amazing team members to discuss your organization’s goals, brand identity, fundraising targets, and budget. Once we understand your objectives, we’ll get to work tailoring a plan just for you.

Step 2: The Custom Proposal

We’ll put together a comprehensive event and design proposal complete with detailed pricing, mood boards, and specific floral and decor recommendations so you can truly visualize the attendee experience. Already have an internal planning committee, an AV team, or preferred venue vendors in mind? No problem! We love collaborating and will seamlessly integrate them into the overall strategy.

Step 3: We Get to Work

Once everything is confirmed, we tackle your event milestones step-by-step based on the services you booked:

  • Planning & Coordination: We’ll guide you through booking external vendors, managing timelines, and organizing the run-of-show, keeping your committee on track right up to the event. If your internal team prefers to handle the planning, we can step in 1–2 months out for dedicated event management to finalize details and take over communication. You’ll also get access to a personalized online portal that will help keep things on track.

  • Design & Florals: Our collaborative design process kicks off about six months out with venue walkthroughs to map out floor plans and stage design. At 6–8 weeks, we hold a final details meeting and provide visual mockups of your floral centerpieces, statement installations, and rentals.

Step 4: Event Day

When the day finally arrives, your only job is to network with your sponsors, donors, and team. Whether we are managing the timeline and VIP flow or bringing your branded floral mockups to life, we handle the heavy lifting - from delivery and setup to seamless room flips and late-night teardown. We sweat the logistical details so your organization can focus on its mission and truly revel in the moment.
