Throwing a Party with R&F
Step 1: Let's Chat
We’ll hop on a video call or meet us at our NE Minneapolis studio to talk about what you're celebrating - a milestone birthday, a baby shower, an anniversary, a retirement bash… or just a party! Tell us your ideas, your guest count, and your budget, and we’ll start working up a plan just for you.
Step 2: The Plan
We’ll put together a custom proposal complete with pricing, mood boards, and fun floral and decor ideas so you can actually picture the party.
Step 3: Making It Happen
Once the party planning is a go, we tackle the to-do list based on what you need from us:
Planning & Coordination: We’ll help you book the right vendors and figure out the flow of the party. Or, if you love planning but just want to actually enjoy the day, we can step in a month or two out to tie up loose ends and take over the vendor emails so you don't have to play host and coordinator. You’ll also get access to a personalized online portal with materials that will help guide you through the quiet months.
Design & Florals: We'll figure out the perfect layout and aesthetic - even if we are just transforming your backyard! About 6–8 weeks out, we hold a final details meeting and show you visual mockups of your flowers, photo backdrops, and rentals. No surprises here!
Step 4: Time to Party
When the day finally arrives, your only job is to grab a drink and actually talk to your guests. Whether we are keeping the timeline on track or bringing your custom decor to life, we handle the heavy lifting - from setting up the tables to cleaning up the mess at the end of the night. We sweat the details so you can step back, relax, and truly revel in the moment.

We absolutely do! We offer comprehensive Event Management, which covers both month-of and day-of coordination. We’ll jump in a month before your party to polish off your timeline, and on the day of the event, our team will be on-site to make sure every detail runs flawlessly while you actually get to enjoy the festivities!

It is entirely customizable based on your unique vision! Your decor and rental package can include whatever you need to make the party pop—this could include gorgeous lounge furniture, stunning centerpiece decor, custom backdrops, or beautifully curated place settings for smaller events.

Absolutely! Bridal and baby showers are some of our absolute favorite events to design. We’ll provide the perfect mix of planning support and gorgeous floral designs to shower the guest of honor in style.

The sooner the better so we can lock in your date! For full event planning, we recommend reaching out 6 to 18 months in advance. If you are just looking for floral and decor services, we ask for a minimum of 2 months' notice, but earlier is always preferred to ensure we are available for your big bash!
